Vinos del Viento Garnacha Blanca

The white 2020 Garnacha Blanca from Somontano has a peachy nose and a velvety palate. It was produced with grapes from a young, dry-farmed vineyard in Laguarres at 650 meters in altitude and matured with lees for four months in stainless steel. It has moderate alcohol at 12.4% and good acidity and comes through as fresh and balanced. It's varietal, fresh, elegant, clean and expressive, with notes of white flowers and pollen. It's balanced and tasty, very pleasant. Really very good. 5,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2021.
