The Nat'Cool red 2020 Suertes Cool has low alcohol (11.9%), less extraction, low added sulfur and is made indigenous yeasts. It was produced with 85% Listán Negro and 15% Listán Blanco, with white grapes this time, and a low pH of 3.25 with subtle volcanic minerality. It comes from the cordón trenzado centenary plot of Listán Blanco Fortaceros and centenary Listán Blanco from Casa Higa, and it fermented destemmed in concrete, where it matured for six months. It's very pale and has some reductive aromas and a little spritz in the palate. This is the Nat'Cool concept, fresher and easier to drink. 2,350 one-liter bottles were produced. It was bottled in March 2021. 2018 and 2019 were not produced.
