This is a one of a kind wine. Firstly, when it arrives it is bright orange, like carrot juice, and requires being stored upright for 48 hours in order for the sediment to settle. It is a pet nat wine, so less effervescent than a cava, but this one is not that fizzy even by pet nat standards. On the palate, it is light, refreshing, a hint of sweetness, but pour out the entire bottle at once or else the sediment will be distributed again and you'll be drinking cloudy wine. Worth a look if you're interested in natural wine, highly eccentric.
