Vino molto elegante, colore paglierino, profumi delicati di frutta bianca, in bocca è ben bilanciato tra morbidezza e acidità con piacevoli note agrumate. Da abbinare a cibi leggeri per non rischiare di sovrastarlo!

Notevolissimo!
Un vino feschissimo, molto estivo che si abbina in modo eccezionale ai piatti di pesce della migliore tradizione galiziana, intenso e fruttato, da primato.
Non manca mai sulla mia tavola, anche in inverno.
